Homebound Delivery and Outreach

Any Westerly/Pawcatuck resident not able to get to the library is eligible for our homebound service. Books and other materials can be delivered by volunteers at no charge. This service is available to anyone on a regular, permanent basis or for the short-term as someone rehabilitates. Materials that may be requested include :

Regular Print Books
Large Print Books
Books on Compact Disk
Television Series on DVD
Movies on DVD

Talking Books Plus

Talking Books Plus is the Rhode Island Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (administered by the Rhode Island Office of Library and Information Services). Any person who is unable to read or use standard print material because of a temporary or permanent visual impairment or physical disability is eligible to use Talking Books.
