Free Create Friday

Come create some art on an iPad! Drop in at any time during our program to draw a masterpiece on Tayasui Sketches, try some neat photo editing techniques in Camera, or bring your own headphones and compose a song in Garage Band! We will have some iPad Pros with Apple Pencils and some regular iPads available for use inside the Auditorium. Come play and create! There's no lesson, just freedom to figure out the apps and have fun with them.

NaNoWriMo Come Write In

Come Write In and write to fulfill your NaNoWriMo goals this November! We will have a reserved table in the Reference Department for those working on their novels as part of National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo.)

Writers are also welcome to use our spaces at any time of the month. We have quiet study rooms, public computers, Wi-Fi, electrical outlets, and tables available all over the building.

Participants are asked to bring a dish from the book to share with a group - bringing your own place-setting is also encouraged, but not required!
