Join us for campfire themed stories from Rachel Briggs of Rhode Island Black Storytellers (RIBS), as she tells us about a boy and his dad as they fly a kite and explore what keeps the kite up, and what brings it down. Crafts to go included.

Celebrate your participation in the Kids and Teens Summer Reading Program out in Wilcox Park near the fountain, with some drums and drumsticks! Rick Morin's Rhythm Room will lead you in a drum circle, after you've cooled off with some drumstick ice cream!
