Once a month, the Cookbook Club meets in the 3rd floor Terrace Room. Each month we focus on a different cookbook: we choose recipes to prepare and share with the group, and discuss the cookbook over a delicious meal! This month, we're using Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat: Mastering the Elements of Good Cooking by Samin Nosrat.
Copies are available for checkout in the 2nd floor Reference Department beginning at the end of April.
