
With summer here, it’s time to think about keeping children and teens healthy while school is out.
Westerly Library & Wilcox Park provides free meals to children and teens during the summer beginning
June 29 thru August 31, 2020.
This summer, FREE contact-less, grab and go meals will be served outside the entrance of Westerly Library on Mondays-Fridays from 11:30am-1pm
Participants are asked to bring their own bags to carry the food
Meals will consist of 1 milk, 1 chocolate milk, 1 breakfast and 1 lunch
(** Please note: there will be no lunch on July 3 or August 10)
There are no income requirements, payments or registration, and you don't need to have a library card in order to take part in this.
Any child or teen under age 18 may come to eat.

Each year, the U.S. Department of Agriculture Summer Food Service Program partners with local organizations like the Westerly Library & Wilcox Park to provide free meals to children and teens when school is out for the summer.
