Our (virtual) Couch to 5k Run Club is starting up for the 2nd year, on April 7th! If you've been looking for a way to become more active, get in better shape, or improve your stamina, join us for an information session and decide if the club is right for you!

The C25k® program is designed for beginners, easing you into running for progressively longer distances, until you are able to run for 30 minutes straight (or approximately 3 miles).
The Library Couch to 5k Club is will be following the 9 week C25k® program, and using our Facebook group to communicate about how we are doing, and help motivate eachother. We hope that we will be able to meet for socially distant group runs in the near future!
