Music and Movement (ages infant-5)

Come sing, dance and move your bodies! Each week, our music program will have a different theme. We will sing songs around these various themes while also dancing along to movement based songs. Children will be encouraged to sing along with call and response songs.

*Pre-registration required. You will receive a Zoom invitation the morning of the program.

End times are approximate, and may end early or late.

Lianne is an Early Childhood Music Teacher who enjoys playing ukulele, guitar and piano with her students during class. She has written and recorded two award winning children’s albums called, Breathe In and Everyone Grows. She enjoys incorporating her songs into music class and is delighted when children sing along! Lianne also teaches children songwriting, encouraging them to express themselves through music.

The statewide Rhode Island Summer Reading Program is supported by the RI Office of Library and Information Services, with funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. Westerly Library and Wilcox Park programs are funded in memory of Patricia Walker Sculco.
