Welcome to Week 8 (our last week!!) of the Couch to 5k Run Club! Here are our three workouts for the week:
Information for runners about the 5k next week:
Parking: Collins Ave, Misquamicut, RI - Park in back parking lot at Pleasant View Inn, 65 Atlantic Ave - enter across the street from the Pleasant View Inn.
Check-in between 5:30-5:55pm. The 5k race begins promptly at 6:15pm.
The race is free, but preregistration through the Westerly Track and Athletic Club website is required. Preregister HERE.
Please plan to bring your own water/refreshment during the race.
