Congratulations! If you've been with us from the start, you've completed 8 weeks of training and it's time to run in a real 5k! 

Instead of our normal run in Wilcox Park, the group will participate in Westerly Track and Athletic Club's Tom McCoy Summer Fun Run. There is a 5k and a 1 mile option. The race is free, but registration is required. Register on their website.

Check-in begins at 5:30pm, and the race begins promptly at 6:15pm. Parking is available in back parking lot at Pleasant View Inn, 65 Atlantic Ave.
