Come participate in fun activities, meet other kids and caregivers, and practice kindergarten readiness! Kindergarten Gear Up is an 8 session program that prepares kids and caregivers with the skills needed to be prepared for kindergarten. This program is for children entering kindergarten for Fall 2024. 

Our plan is to have a mock classroom set up. The program will start with kids and caregivers together, then we will transition into two separate groups. Grown-ups will be together and discuss different kindergarten readiness topics. Kids will have a mock kindergarten experience including circle time, getting in line, putting things in backpacks, and learning different topics such as kindness, community helpers, and being creative. 

Registration and attendance for all 8 weeks is required! One absence is allowed. When registering, please register your child's name and a way for us to contact you to confirm your spot.
