About the presenter:

Image of URI Master Gardener

Joe Mirsky lives and teaches 3rd grade in Providence and loves having time in the summer to tend to his raised bed garden. His neighbors love him for attracting lots of pollinators and birds, as well as offering up free seedlings when the abundance is too much for the small backyard space. He loves intercropping, turning compost, and harvesting tomatoes.
