The library will be closed Tuesday, December 24th for Christmas Eve, and Wednesday, December 25th for Christmas Day.
In part two of our Medicinal Plants series, Eliza Travisano will talk about "medicinal" plants that you may find in your backyard!
Some of our most common weedy plants are not only potent medicinals but also packed full of nutrients. Join us as we learn some of the ways they can be used as wild edibles or helpful home remedies. This class will include some recipes and methods for incorporating these powerful plants into your diet or daily routine to help support your health.
This program is free and open to the public.
