Please join us for a talk on what is "New and Notable in Wilcox Park" presented by Allynn Wilkinson, Westerly Library's Technology Associate, and Alan Peck, Wilcox Park's Superintendent.

In this presentation, Allynn and Alan will highlight the newly digitized tree inventory for Wilcox Park and its various applications, including a publicly accessible cell phone version. Other noteworthy topics will include the new design and recent installation of the formal gardens and the highly anticipated 7-foot granite rose compass, which will serve as its center piece. Also, the Friends of the Library have financed some new park features that enhance the park grounds and warrant attention. Lastly, they will give a preview of what is to come this year in the park both horticulturally and event wise.
