YMG Intern Hermes Falcon, YMG Intern and Jayne O'Donnell, CEO of YMG share how Youthcast Media Group pays diverse teens to participate in multimedia journalism and social media training about health and social issues in their communities - and get their work published.

Hermes Falcon (he/they) is a junior at Bradley University with a major in journalism and a double minor in creative writing and sociology. He is passionate about covering and creating social media about mental health and the LGBTQ+ and Hispanic communities. and been published in MindSite News, The DC Line and Yes! magazine.

Jayne, who lives in Westerly and Northern Virginia, was USA TODAY’s health policy reporter from September 2013 to March 2021, when she took a buyout after more than 28 years with the company. An author, TV contributor and public speaker, Jayne has appeared on Good Morning America, CBS This Morning, CNN, MSNBC, NPR and C-Span, written for Woman’s Day, Good Housekeeping and Parents.
