Future of the Christopher Columbus Statue in Wilcox Park

We are cognizant of the controversy taking place all over the country in regards to Columbus statues.  Recently, we have received inquiries regarding the presence of the Christopher Columbus statue in Wilcox Park. As a result, the Association is conducting research to determine the true ownership of the Westerly granite statue. Once determined, discussion will begin regarding the presence of this statue in Wilcox Park.
